What is a Giclée print? ________________________________________
|
|
Giclée, a French word which means “to spray,” is a revolutionary new printing process that uses digital technology to create fine art prints with the color saturation and continuous tone quality of an original work of art.
No other printing technique can duplicate this process of reproducing original artwork so close.
Printed on the highest quality acid free substrates using pigmented light-fast ink sets, giclées produce extraordinarily accurate reproductions suitable for museums.
Pinpoint Design takes great pride in using it’s years of experience working with color, combined with the newest generation of giclée printers, to create six color hi-fidelity images with stunning color and amazing detail.
Each giclée print made by Pinpoint Design is overseen by artist Bruce Langton from start to finish and released only when it meets the artist’s approval.
